Meatball Sundae Order Is Late: Great Service From Amazon
Restaurant Marketing: I pre-ordered Seth Godin’s new book “Meatball Sundae.” I just received an email from Amazon saying that shipping was going to be delayed by about 5-7 days. Wow, what great service, to keep me informed of my order. Now, if this could only happen in a restaurant, there’d be less unhappy guests complaining about bad service. It’s all about communication to head off a little stress.
