Ran into this really good blog on restaurant marketing that I want to share with you. It’s called Stuff4Restaurants. Check it out for some great ideas and thoughts. 

In one recent post, Lindsay writes how at a recent seminar he challenged several of the participants to join him on stage, and use the telephone system he had previously wired into the room’s sound system, to place a call to their restaurant to learn exactly how the phone was answered and what that vital, first contact that set the scene for their dining experience sounded like.
